Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sessions are scheduled in advance and time is reserved specifically for you.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

Missed Sessions

If you do not attend a scheduled session, it is considered a missed session and is non-refundable.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the service, all completed sessions are non-refundable.
